    KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Build user intents, dialogues, FAQs to provide flawless experience for chatbot users including designing integrations, workflow rules and testing of content changes between Chatbot and sales/client service enablement tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, Schedule platform, Shipment Tracker, etc.
    • Build dashboards to monitor and measure usage against established KPI targets and identify trends and opportunities to advance the usage of chatbot to deflect Salesforce service cases and increase the number of qualified leads for Sales.
    • Develop presentations for senior management that clearly and concisely present analysis and recommendations.
    • Promote Chatbot capabilities through marketing campaigns, voice prompts, links within email signatures, etc.&#28595;&#38376;&#37329;&#21338;&#23453;&#49;&#56;&#56;&#23448;&#26041;&#32593;&#31449;&#22495;&#21517;to increase exposure to Chatbot and encourage ongoing use of Chatbot for quick resolution and better experience.
    • Analyze and evaluate chatbot customer interactions to provide recommendations and identify opportunities to optimize content and create efficiencies to improve the platforms ability to resolve customer inquiries.
    • Collaborate with the Chatbot Vendor for input on best practices and ongoing improvement ideas for Chatbot configuration, user experience, testing and implementation of new dialogue flows and integrations with other tools.
    • Track and manage Livingston International's Online Review process to ensure reviews are addressed on time and assigned to right stakeholder in the organization.
    • Support Digital Initiatives such as SEO, Google ads, Social Media ads and other digital marketing activities

    KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

    • Digital Marketing fundamentals: PPC, SEO, Online Review, Google Listings and Google Analytics
    • Copywriting experience for a professional organization, an asset
    • Interest or knowledge of B2B products and services, an asset
    • Working knowledge of Salesforce, an asset
    • Subject matter expert within chatbot design/UX copywriting.
    • Strong time management skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and interact with executives
    • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering incredible customer experiences
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to teamwork.You have a volunteer spirit with a 'we succeed as a team' attitude.
